Alfonso Cuaron directed one of the best movies made over the last 10 years in ‘Children Of Men.‘ Not only was it well written and acted, it was visually stunning with several eye popping action sequences that were filmed in a single take. That’s why I am looking forward to the movie ‘Gravity.’ It stars Sandra Bullock and George Clooney as two astronauts stranded outside their space shuttle after an accident.
What will really be interesting is that despite some of the sound you may see in the trailer, Cuaron (unlike say, Michael Bay!) said in the film, you won’t hear a thing with all of the crashes because there is no sound in space. Check it out. It’s intense:
