Amazing isn’t it? President Obama doesn’t even realize his party got drubbed in the last election. He’s basically going around saying, “I’ll work with Congress, but if they don’t give me exactly what I want, I’m going do what I want.”
So he shows no deference to Congress and the idea of the separation of powers, but he will bow down to world leaders:
